Flaming Rum

The festive aroma of the habaneras
A flaming drink is like a spell. The magic of its flames transports us to ancient dreams of adventures and mystery. To make this suggestive mix, you simply need to tip a bottle of Negrita rum into a clay casserole dish, add a few grains of coffee, a cinnamon stick, four spoonfuls of sugar and the peel from a lemon. The most practical way to burn it is to heat up some rum in a soup ladle, light it and then use it to set light to the rest.
